Neighbourhood Legal Services provides representation to individuals with problems in the following areas:

There is no fee for their services to those who meet their financial guidelines.

The YMCA has an excellent Membership Assistance Program to serve individuals and families in need that wish to participate in their programs.

Discretionary Benefits
The City of London has a fund to help you pay for necessary medical goods and related items (e.g. eyeglasses, emergency dental procedures, dentures, prosthetics, and funerals). Discretionary Benefits are available to Ontario Works clients, Ontario Disability Support Program clients and may also be available to low income applicants. Help With Paying the Bills
The Salvation Army Centre of Hope offers The Heat And Warmth (THAW) program to those who need emergency financial relief to avoid having their heat or gas cut off. To find out more about how to apply, visit: www.londonhydro.com or call 519-661-0343 ext. 227.
