Pathways Skill Development. Breaking Down Barriers in Employment.

Success Stories

Each year Pathways helps over 2500 unemployed people to progress along their journey towards securing meaningful employment.  We work with over 500 companies every year to assist them in meeting the challenges of their workforce needs.  We connect employers with the candidate that has the right skill-set to suit their requirements.  Over 85% of our Skills Development Training graduates find work in their field.  Last year alone, over 475 individuals moved into paid employment with our help.
