Jim is Director of Operations at Compassion Canada. Jim has 25 years experience in HR and Strategic Leadership with the Canadian Navy, Navigators of Canada and Trojan Technologies.
Larry Culford, Vice Chair
Larry is the Owner of Peacehold Canada. He is former VP of BTC Logistics and The Beer Store.
Stephanie Card, Secretary
Stephanie is a Facilitator in Organizational Development & Learning at St. Joseph’s Health Care. She previously was International Student Liaison at UWO and worked in Ecuador.
Brenda Lewis, Director
Brenda is Manager of Business Development at Homewood Employee Health. She has operated her own consulting company and is a dynamic motivational speaker.
Tom de Gryp, Director
Tom is a Facilitator in the Addiction Recovery Program with Salvation Army. He brings a wealth of practical experience to our board.
Marilyn Dafoe , Director
Marilyn is a Nurse Educator at St. Joseph's Health Care. She recently returned from an eight year adventure working in Health Care in downtown Vancouver.
Jim Hewer, Director
Jim is the General Manager for White Oaks Mall. Jim has extensive experience in retail mall management, and oversight of construction renovation projects.

Paul Hubert
Paul is passionate about people realizing their full potential. Previous to Pathways, he was the Director of Team and Organizational Development for Navigators of Canada and worked 7 years in Latin America.

Jerry Colwell, Director of Client Services
Jerry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as Director. He successfully oversees our Administrative Team, our Employment Development Services and our Employment Placement Team.
Eleanor Weedmark, Community Outreach Team Leader
Eleanor’s vision and dedication was instrumental in the development of the Employment Placement department. She is now in a new role as the Community Outreach Team Leader in our North East location.
Sergio Chuy, Skills Development Team Leader
Sergio offers a broad perspective in his role as Skills Development Team Leader. His connections and resourcefulness are essential to the continued success of the Skills Development Training program as well as the new Moving On To Work program.
