About Us
Pathways Skill Development & Placement Centre was founded in 1989. We exist to assist individuals to overcome barriers to meaningful employment. Through employment preparation services, employment seekers learn to develop resumes, prepare for interviews and rediscover the necessary confidence to re-enter the workforce.
Pathways provides short-term industrial skill training programs which prepare workers for many of London’s leading companies in the manufacturing, construction and property maintenance fields. Our well-connected and resourceful Employment Placement team assists individuals with their job search. In order to help these individuals succeed, we have developed strong relationships with many of London’s leading employers to match their hiring needs to our skilled candidates.
We have opened a second site in North East London partnering with the Centre for Lifelong Learning, World Vision, and Citizen and Immigration Canada to offer language training to newcomers.
